Show Information
Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Round 2 of Central Plains Live. Our inaugural year was such a success (we sold out over two months before the show) that we will be moving from the Friendship Center to the Main Arena which is almost three times as big!
Original Finish Halter, Non-OF Performance and China will be held on Day 1 while Non-OF Halter and OF Performance will be held on Day 2. In addition, all halter classes (except China) will feature mini divisions.
The show information and rules may change from day to day. The class list below is a draft and subject to change, however, after much feedback, it is the most stable draft to date.

Identification
Horses must be identified using leg tags. Please provide the horse’s breed and gender on the front of the tag, and its name and owner initials on the back.
Seating Assignments
Central Plains Live does not issue assigned seats. We do, however, take requests for reserved seating. You may be asked to be seated “in the front” or “close to Performance” or “behind/next to so-and-so.” Although I can’t guarantee your request, I will do my best to accommodate you (and an explanation as to why you are requesting placement, such as bad knees, will get you priority treatment).
The only exception to assigned seating are multiple table owners who will have their tables reserved closest to the show rings.

Obscure class things you should know
- Original Sculptures show alongside Artist Resins.
- Original Finish Resins show alongside Original Finish Chinas
- Non-Breyer and Non-Stone Plastics may show alongside OF Breyers
- The Halter class list is permanent. You may request a split if you have an unusually high number of a certain breed and it will be noted. If approved, please bring up all of your horses of that breed during its class as the split will happen at that time.
- Horses under tack may not be shown in Breed Halter unless the tack is molded on.
- Horses under tack may not be shown in Collectibility or Workmanship unless the tack is molded on. The only exception to this rule is Collectibility where the horse was sold from the factor with the tack (Standardbred with Sulky, Black Stallion with Alex and racing tack, etc.). If a horse is showing in both Halter and Performance your horse will need to be untacked from Performance before being judged in the Halter ring or the horse will be disqualified.
